A. Graded photocards are encapsulated in specialized cases using ultrasonic fusion technology, ensuring their protection. These cards are then housed securely within a climate-controlled vault tailored for the preservation of photocards, maintaining their condition and quality over time.

A. To ensure the safe delivery of your ordered photocards, we employ specialized packaging and ship via FedEx. On average, you can expect to receive your order within 10 days of purchase.

A. Yes, POCAGRADES serves as a trading platform where you can both purchase and sell graded photocards. Currently, we only support buying options, but we'll soon be launching features to facilitate selling as well.

A. Our sellers are based in Korea and have their photocards graded through our VPG service. These sellers consign their cards with us for the sale, and upon your purchase, the respective seller is immediately compensated.

A. The VPG program is our pioneering service focused on grading K-pop photocards. Echoing the explosive growth seen in the grading domain of Pokémon and sports cards, the age of premium grading has now dawned for K-POP photocards. Elevate the worth and appeal of your photocards like never before with VPG.

A. At POCAGRADES, we offer grading services through the VPG system. Currently, this service is available only in Korea, but we plan to extend it to global users soon.

A. Payments are immediately transferred to the seller, making it impossible to cancel a photocard purchase for any reason. Refunds may only be processed if the delivered photocard fails to match the quality assured by POCAGRADES.
